Our Baristas/Cashiers provide our guests with warm and friendly service while they visit Peet’s Coffee & Tea in the North Tower of the hotel. This involves welcoming guests, answering questions regarding the menu items, and processing all transactions. •Make coffee drinks to order, stock the pastries items, and clean and restock all items used throughout the day. •Maintaining an accurate bank during their shift to include all transactions made through assigned bank. To join our team as a Barista/Cashier, you must have a friendly demeanor and great communication skills. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education. •One-year cashier and customer service experience is required and previous coffee barista experience is preferred. •Must remain organized and understand how to perform basic computations. Our team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, so we ask that our associates have an open and flexible schedule.
