What will you do? The Guest Services Associate's overall responsibility is to provide premier quality service to the Bliss Spa clientele. Meet and greet clients upon entering Bliss Spa in a friendly and courteous manner. Check clients in and out, guide them to their next destination, ensure payment is received. Close retail sales, make appointments, answer phones. Ensure client satisfaction by effectively meeting the customer needs. Float on the floor to assist and recommend products to walk- in clients. Sell retail products to walk-in clients in order to achieve monthly sales goal. Effectively deals with customers' issues and complaints.
Education High school or equivalent education required. Experience One to two years in a public contact position. Licenses or Certificates Not applicable. Grooming All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Starwood standards.
