The Draft Bar Greeter sets the pace for the bar/restaurant by seating our guests, communicating with the servers about our guests and engaging the bar/restaurant patrons while they are being seated. They manage the reservation book, take incoming telephone calls for the bar/restaurant, note reservations and special requests by guests. Also, they assist the servers as needed throughout their shift and assist with table setting and general bar/restaurant maintenance during peak periods. Our greeters also take to-go orders and ensure the order is complete for our guests. This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
To join our team as a Draft Bar Greeter you must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Have a high school or equivalent education. We prefer at least one year previous host/greeter experience in a bar, restaurant or similar atmosphere. We are looking for a team member who has high energy, an outgoing and dynamic personality to engage with our guests. Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol and be able to attain a TABC certification. Our team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, so we ask that our associates have an open and flexible schedule.
