Job Description

As Assistant Manager your role is to meet all planning, organizing and operational requirements of the outlet, conducting all tasks requested by your line Manager. You are here to assist him/her on the management and the outlet. You will represent the Manager whenever and wherever required, ensuring the management vision is also represented by you. Remember you also represent the venue liaising with guests and are here to help maintain the very high standards of the Company. Service Responsibilities: Organizing and Managing • Schedule, organize and supervise the shifts of the Team. • Set regular trainings and meetings to keep the staff motivated and up to the standards of the company. • Ensure that Opening, Closing and Operational duties are completed by all team members. • Liaise with other Departments, Suppliers and Third Parties whenever required, following up with the services acquired whenever necessary. • Maintain a positive and full of energy attitude at all times. • Ensure that the company policies, procedures and health & regulations are respected to the letter by the team. • Encourage respect and trust with the decisions taken by the Management. • Keep a good relationship with all associates ensuring respect and collaboration are its pillars. • Optimise all products and equipment to reduce costs. • Update and implement procedures and strategies to improve the efficiency of the service. • Control the quality of the food and beverage served, ensuring it is up to the high company and concept standards. Guest’s Experience • Respond and handle customer complaints promptly and professionally ensuring Guests perceive the outcome as satisfactory. • Have a good knowledge about our regular costumers, specially our premium ones in order to improve their comfort at the venue. • Contribute to generate an ideal atmosphere of Entertainment for the Guests and work for the associates. • Always maintain a professional approach with guests during all communications, including social media and telephone chats. • Obtain and analyze regularly feedback from guests and staff to ensure an excellent Guest Experience. • Be constantly updated with the changes in the market, in order to better understand the demand and provide a competitive offer. Reporting Activity • Maintain an efficient communication with the Manager in all channels possible and as often as necessary, ensuring he/she is aware of customer feedbacks and anything of interest. • Fulfill all duties and instructions given by the Manager.
