Job Description

•Align management style, working practices and conduct with Four Points By Sheraton Srinagar’s and Starwood’s vision, corporate values, operating standards and policies. To comply with Starwood’s code of conduct at all times. •Personally build clear and open lines of communication with all departments •Understand and abide by all Government laws relating to Front Office and Service Express. •Be actively involved with the analysis of the GSI portal. Manage guest feedback system relating to GSI surveys. •Assist with the promotion and training of the Starwood Preferred Guest Program. •Be critical and demanding of operating standards. •Assist with the management external contracts to ensure aligned service is received maximizing value for money. •Be involved with the rooms division quality assurance program. •Monitor and control all financial aspects of the Front Office and Service Express areas including assistance with preparation of the annual business plan. •Be personally involved in the “caring for community” program. •Implement and monitor programs to maintain the condition of hotel assets in all Front Office and Service Express areas. •Be well versed and knowledgeable of the hotels Fire Evacuation and all Emergency procedures as well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace. Ensure associates are aware of their duty of care as determined by legislation and that they maintain complete familiarity. •Be innovative with everything you do. •Create an environment that trains, coaches and mentor’s associates. •Dedicate time to your personal development. •Where required develop policy, formulate direction and strategy.
