POSITION PURPOSE To welcome guests to the Hotel, answer guest questions and resolve guest problems. To perform check in, check out duties and receive payments for guests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of guests Record and administer arrivals and departures Full awareness of current daily status of Hotel Communication and recording of complaints Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals Ensure guest’s immediate requirements are catered for Awareness of regular guest names & requirements To carry out any other duties as required To support reception is required

Requisitos

CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO, CAPACIDADES Y HABILIDADES Dominio de Inglés, Alemán y Español (imprescindible) Conocimiento de Opera como sistema operativo. Buenas habilidades de comunicación tanto hablada como escrita. Habilidades informáticas (Word, Excel, ...etc.) EXPERIENCIA Diplomatura en Turismo 1-2 años como Recepcionista, conserje o guest service agent, en un establecimiento de categoría similar.
