Responsible for assuring complete success of Whatever/Whenever Department, with a strong orientation toward customer service and quality. It is expected that the Whatever/Whenever Manager participates in expanding and improving service quality throughout the hotel. Whatever/Whenever Manager reports directly to Director of Front Office and oversees telephone operators, runners, and in-room dining servers. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of all areas of Whatever/Whenever including interviewing, hiring, training, staffing, assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving service issues.
Past hospitality experience preferred. Past union experience preferred.
