POSITION PURPOSE Our Front Office Agents support the seamless movement of guests in and out of our hotel while providing exceptional levels of guest service to provide the best possible guest experience. Upon arrival, agents instantly connect with guests and anticipate their expectations and needs. These expectations include quickly verifying the guest’s information, processing payment, issuing keys, and being prepared to remedy unexpected situations. • Maintain a house bank and accurately make cash drops at the end of each shift. • Our Front Office agents also are the first point of contact for our guests when they call the hotel for questions, directions or need assistance. The agents answer incoming calls in a professional and on-brand tone. They route calls to the appropriate departments/areas, handle guest requests and communicate with team members any necessary guest information. • Our team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, so we ask that our associates have an open and flexible schedule. QUALIFICIATION STANDARDS To join our Front Office team, you must have a sincere interest in providing our guests with on-brand and professional guest service. Education You must have a high school diploma or equivalent education. Experience One year experience in a professional Front Desk/Customer Service position is required, previous cash handling experience is preferred. • Have high energy, be outgoing and have a dynamic personality. • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English, and have good communication skills in order to connect with our guests and team members. • Must possess basic computational ability and basic computer skills. Have excellent skills in multi-tasking and organization. Must be able to remain in a stationary position during entire shift.
