Job Description

The candidate will report to Milan Area Director of Sales and her/his main task will be to develop and maintain an account base able to generate revenue and new business opportunities, by application of professional and advanced sales skills. He/She will have to maintain full and accurate knowledge of Milan’s competitive set and will participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, workshops and sales trips as appropriate locally, nationally and internationally in order to reach the main goal.

Requirements

Key attributes: • Educated to Degree or equivalent; • At least 3 years experience in Sales is required; • Italian and international markets knowledge is required in MICE segments; • Excellent level (or mother tongue) of knowledge in English: written and verbal; • Other languages of the above markets are preferred • Knowledge of luxury business Personal Key attributes: • Excellent communication skills; • Positive approach and enthusiasm; • Driver towards revenue goals; • Passionate for details; • High motivation • Willing to travel extensively (50-75%)
